The Supreme Court issued its ruling in the Caniglia case yesterday (covered HERE). It was – as SCOTUS rulings go – short and to the point. Sadly, the Courts ruling went under the radar because they also agreed to hear a case out of Mississippi which seeks to overturn Roe v Wade.
And, as you know, there is literally nothing in this country more important than the unarguable right to kill a baby*…
