Description: Amanda Knox was retried and convicted for criminally slandering her boss Patrick Lumumba when she implicated Lumumba in the murder of Meredith Kercher in 2007. In October of 2011, Italy’s highest court determined that Amanda Knox was at the scene of Meredith Kercher’s murder. The court also determined that Kercher was murdered by more than one person and Knox washed Meredith Kercher’s blood off of her hands and acquitted Knox.
