About Neelabh:-
Born on 16 August 1945 in Mumbai Neelabh was the son of renowned Hindi writer Upendranath Ashk. After working with BBC's Asian service, Neelabh came back to Allahabad in 1984
He was an efficient translator, journalist and poet.
Neelabh died in Delhi on 23 July 2016
