We polarize when we are fearful, and we can be very angry and aggressive in times of crisis. If we are asking someone to be different and thinking that they are wrong...can we be flexible and allow others to have their ways and beliefs and be comfortable in our ideas and beliefs. Let's also look at the difference between my truth and obligation.
