Jesus acended into Heaven in a cloud of Glory. It was the last time Jesus has ever seen on Earth in His physical human form. But the Bible also tells us He will return, and when He does, it will be exactly the same way He ascended nearly 2000 years ago. Except this time Jesus will not come as a humble servant-- He will return as the King of King and the Lord of lords!
