Description: Expanding upon Wednesday's lesson, "SUDUE & HAVE DOMINION," Brother Sam cautioned against developing a lying spirit.  Ananias and Sapphira are a couple in the Jerusalem church who lied against the Holy Spirit and were struck dead as they stood before Peter. We lie against God if we say Jesus is Lord when he is not Lord of our lives. Lying against the ministry is lying against Jesus and the Father. (Matthew 10:32-33) "Our God is a jealous God"(Exodus 20:5). The first commandment forbids idolatry. In 2025, we deceive ourselves regarding idolatry.
