He has enjoyed a heightened level of success on many levels, highlghting his time as an assistant coach on the UCLA women's NCAA championship team in 2011, as well as creating and building the prestigious junior beach volleyball Program "West Coast Volleyball Club" - a club that is among the leaders in recruitments per capita.
