Description: South Carolina Congressman Ralph Norman says in the future Speaker Kevin McCarthy will not delay the appropriations process until the last minute in effort to push through budget that members of his party don’t agree with. The Freedom Caucus member says that dating back to January when the group heldout over McCarthy’s speakership, the budget was a top demand and negotiated priority for the group.
