This morning the state Supreme Court heard oral arguments from Planned Parenthood of Florida and lawyers representing the state. Pro-abortion advocates claim the ban is unconstitutional under Florida’s right-to-privacy provision. If the ban is upheld by the court, a six-week abortion ban will go into effect 30 days after the court's decision is made public.
