Description: Last week Gauteng MEc for Infrastructure Development, Corporative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Jacob Mamabolo expressed disappointment at the running of the Emfuleni Municipality in the Vaal. He was speaking while visiting the municipality as part of the Gauteng Intergrated Cross-Boundry Law Enforcement and Service Delivery Programme.
