From crime to covid to political ramblings, the reactive culture is always with us, whether we want it or not. However, the reactive culture can be overcome by having a preactive and proactive mindset and being around successful preactive and proactive people. Though we can't get away from how blatantly reactive our culture is, we can find safe haven thorugh a proactive mindset.
