Description: A rapidly deepening storm system will move from the Southern Plains into the Ohio Valley towards the end of the week. As this storm heads into New England a secondary Low pressure system is likely to form south of Long island. This coastal storm will be occuring at the same time a blocking High develops over Greenland. This will send cold High pressure into southeast Canada which will provide the ingredient that's been missing all winter for the coastal systems this winter.....cold air.
