“Therefore, how much man – he excels a sheep! So too, it permits – the Sabbaths – to do good” (CG).
In the previous verse, Jesus asked the Pharisees what a man would do if he had one sheep that fell into a pit on a Sabbath. Wouldn’t he lay hold of it and draw it out? The question demanded a positive answer. As such, He continues with, “...
