Description: After reading an article based on a Microsoft employee survey based on remote hybrid work, they acknowledged that virtual work increased productivity but stated it would decrease creativity and innovation long term. There is no substitute for group think tanks, collaborations, and one-on-one time. Or, as they referred to it as less “rich,” conversation is inevitable.
