Description: Leonard (Lyn) Buchanan is the Executive Director of Problems Solutions Innovations (PSI) which he started after retiring from the military in 1992. Three years later the US Government declassified their Remote Viewing projects, and Lyn's involvement with that project as a remote viewer and trainer became public knowledge.
