Description: The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor is looking at plans to improve recreation opportunities for its residents. The town is already pretty well off when it comes to recreation facilities, with two ice rinks, a YMCA with a swimming pool, and a relatively new cross-country ski hut But some of those buildings are showing their age so the town council wants to build a new, multi-sport facility.
