Abstract: Organizations increasingly implement generative AI tools to enhance employee productivity, yet standalone AI benchmark results offer limited insights for real-world deployment. This article examines emerging research on human-AI synergy—the performance gains achieved through human-AI collaboration that exceed what either can accomplish alone.
