Description: New Zealand’s sports clubs are facing a critical deadline.  By the 5th of April, 2026, all incorporated community sport organisations must re-register under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. Less than half the country’s 7,000 clubs have registered so far, and failure to do so will result in voluntary dissolution.
