And we had HHS (US Department of Health and Human Services) Secretary Alex Azar and the HHS Office of Inspector General finalizing a regulation to eliminate the current system of drug rebates in Med D (Medicare Part D). And what they were trying to do is create incentives to reduce out-of-pocket spending on prescription drugs by delivering discounts directly at the pharmacy counter to patients.
