Description: Hey guys, love the podcast! I am not sure if this was covered in a previous episode or not, but Could you guys share some of your experiences and/or best practices when changing up your gym’s class schedule? I’m debating to change my evening classes from 4:30pm, 5:45pm & 6:45pm to 4pm, 5pm & 6pm. Some days my 4:30pm & 5:45pm classes are maxed out (14 members in each) but the next day, we might only have 8 members in each class. My 6:45pm class is on the smaller side at 2-3 athletes. So I am not consistently full every single day...
