As expected, the talks were inconclusive!Moment of Truth: As argued in my book, The Dynamics of Russia’s Geopolitics, NATO is irrelevant and needs to be dissolved. Looks to me that NATO/US are not taking Russia’s strategic interests seriously. What does the West expect? Look for more talks & no action!!!
