Description: Hi there, this episode makes me a bit nervous to post because it's definitely more controversial, but this is what I believe: self-diagnosis is valid. Professional diagnosis is expensive, takes forever, and many doctors who are supposedly qualified to diagnose various neurodivergent conditions carry vast amounts of stigma that could be upsetting at best, traumatizing at worst.
