Description: Elise Cranny is having quite the year! She became an Olympian last year, she ran in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the 5000m. She recently ran 30:14.66 in the 10,000m which puts her at #2 all-time in the US. She also recently became the American Record Holder in the Indoor 5,000m in a time of 14:33.17. She is a part of the Bowerman Track Club.
Elise was first on the podcast in 2020 and it has been so much fun to see how much she has grown since then!
