Description: One of my most listened podcasts was on what is capitalism and socialism proposing that they are actually married in an enterprise. Â The point being that monetary capital plus human capital equals free enterprise in a democracy. Â In my opinion you cannot have one without the other. Â A respondent claimed that "humans" aren't capital. Â So, my answer to the respondent isn't to disregard that position, but to explain the role of the human "sweat capital" element in venture capital for startups, as an entrepreneur or investor, financing a new business or refinancing a failing business.Â
