Jack Kelly has been in the hospitality business his entire life. Owning his first restaurant when he was 28. Moved toPtown 12 years ago. Opened Tin Pan Alley 9 years ago. TPA has music every night! It is open even in February and March. ( the slow months.). When they are open, there is music. In season, they have live music 6 hours a night. Jack bought Post Office Cafe and cabaret last season.
