We started experimenting with small batches using locally grown ginger, Kaua'i honey and seasonal fruits. Once our recipe was perfected, we decided to share it with local restaurants and markets! Our nonalcoholic ginger beer makes the most amazing craft cocktails and soda floats. It can also be enjoyed without any additions as a refreshing soda on the beach.
