Description: Hassel Aviles has 2 decades of foodservice and leadership experience in the hospitality industry primarily in restaurants, events and entrepreneurship. Early in her career she created Toronto Underground Market (TUM), a large-scale food and beverage festival and incubator designed for food entrepreneurs, chefs and home cooks. From 2011-2014 there were 25 TUM events each one was attended by thousands. It produced enormous tourism and economic impact to the city of Toronto and the entire local food & beverage industry.
