I want to encourage anyone who is experiencing social media bullying to speak out and seek help if necessary. Just because you are a bigger person, it doesn't mean that people should just get to you and bring you down. Bullies belong to the therapist and not on social media.
So please, if social media bullying is something you're experiencing, don't be afraid to reach out for help...
