We had been expecting to hear about the resolution of an application to the Commissioners by Frank Magazine (and supported by many others) first thing Monday morning, but there was no mention of the videos at any point during the day, and they are still not posted to the MCC website. This would seem to be contrary to the expectations of the applicant...
