Â 8 Years ago Heidi was created. Â It's a "Disneyesque" pirate themed culinary extravaganza. Â His initial interest was to put a real restaurant that serves high quality food from a food truck. Â "It's about flare", Stirling shared. Â There's an emphasis on customer service. Â We enjoyed sitting down and interviewing the chef owner of one of our favorite food trucks. Â
