His career saw him pitch with the Braves, Royals, Mariners, White Sox and the Angels. He last pitched in a major league game in September 2011. A big part of Ramirez's journey has been serving, and he’s currently involved with Water Mission, a Christian engineering ministry that fights the global water crisis.
