Many years ago, I was in the Territorial Army, and for charity, we climbed the Three Peaks in 24 hours. The Three Peaks are the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales. It was both exhausting and amazing, and the memory of it will stay with me forever.
Like many things in life, there are lessons to be learned from the things that we do (and do 'not' do) that we can take into other areas of our lives.
