Description: A preacher is supposed to be a "spiritual watchman" guarding his flock against the encroachment of sin, worldliness, and iniquity. However, if the preacher is uncalled by God, he is unqualified to perform his duty. The qualification for ministry has nothing to do with education. A person may hold several advanced degrees and still be unqualified because God did not call him! Invariably he will lead his congregation into iniquity.
