We cannot offer thanks sufficient for what Christ has done â giving us life then giving us new life, saving our souls, but when we give thanks, God is glorified and we are doing what we were made to do. Bible Reading: 1 Thes. 1-3 Verse of the day: 1 Thessalonians 1:2, "We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers." Word of the day: Thanks. It is the Greek word:  ÎĩáŊĪÎąĪΚĪĪÎĪ (yoo-khar-is-teh'-o).
