It happens to all of us...we create such high expectations that sometimes we push ourselves over the limit. The children, work, self-care, our social lives... we want to succeed in all aspects and when we don't, we end up being really hard on ourselves. We need to be more kind to ourselves and show grace and honor and congratulate the little girl we all have within.
