He is also the co-founder of The Meatball Shop, a chain of successful, fast casual restaurants. He has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager and went on to graduate from the French Culinary Institute with honors with a degree in both Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. He is a passionate fisherman, athlete, husband and father. He describes himself as a “fitness nut and food dude, with a keen eye for aesthetics.”
