Description: Case #1: 16-year-old Danah (pronounced Donna) Rojo-Rivas was sitting in the backseat of her mother’s car at a red light in Lynwood. Her and her family were headed home from church when a car chase came up on them. Gunfire erupted, and Danah was hit. Case #2: Raymond Garcia was at a neighbor’s home celebrating a 1-year-old’s birthday. As the 16-year-old left the party a van pulled up, a bunch of guys jumped out, a fight broke out and someone opened fire, hitting Raymond. He later died at a hospital.
