Description: I’m trying to lose around 10-15 more pounds but I’m mainly trying to lose more body fat/body fat percentage. I typically go every weekday around 6-7 and stay for an hour/ hour and a half and I’ve already lost 85 but I’m trying to get the aesthetic look.
