Description: Behaviour is programmed through experience, it becomes a survival mechanism to not deal with trauma which is the Greek word for wound, as it is far too painful. Trauma is not what happens to us but what happens inside us. When you accept and acknowledge the behaviour is not who you are you can absolutely change, the change will be for your well-being as well as becoming the person you are meant to be.
