There is this idea that more is better, yet that's not always applicable. You will go through periods in your life where it's simply not possible to do all of the things that you want to do to maximize your health and fitness. And if there's a consequence of not being able to meet the standards you end up falling off totally, then this ain't a great approach. So here I have for you a counter argument, one that you should consider embracing if consistency is something that you have struggled with.
