Hi, I'm Your new German teacher. Born and raised in Switzerland but now living in Peru. I'm an artist, graphic designer and much more. I speak fluent English, Spanish and good French. I love to teach online because it allows me both to get to know new people from all over the world but also to take good care of my family. I always try to improve my teaching methods and to help my students find the best materials for them to keep studying for themselves. Hi! I'm Tabea. I was born in Heidelberg (Germany) and I grew up in Spain, so I am bilingual in German and Spanish.

I started working as a German tutor while I was still travelling a lot between Germany, Spain, Italy, Greece and the UK. I soon found out that I really enjoyed online teaching, since I had the chance to meet people from all over the world. I love learning things about other cultures and languages, as well as improving my teaching skills.

My name is Beatrice, and I’m excited that you want to learn my native language, German, or Swiss German. 

For the last 10 years, I have taught German to colleagues and friends, and since February 2023, I have been teaching German online. So far, I have helped an A2 and a B1 student pass their TELC German certificates in Summer 2023.  I have an English, French and Spanish language certificate, and I'm following training for a German language teaching degree.  

It is important for me that you enjoy learning German, that I can help you in a well-understood and enjoyable way, and that you reach your goals. It is up to you what you wish to learn — if you need German for your profession, for traveling, or if you want to pass a Goethe or TELC language certificate. 

For many years, I lived in Germany, Switzerland and Spain. There, I worked in tourism as well as customer service in the front and back offices as an agent and team leader. Now I’m teaching online while traveling the world. My first destination is Spain, the Canary Island of Gran Canaria, and my second destination is the Island of Malta.

My hobbies are learning and teaching languages, traveling, reading, writing, yoga, hiking, swimming and dancing.

Hello, I am Jan from Germany and I would like to help you learn German and improve your German. I offer lessons for all levels and prepare you for exams or job interviews, for example. I can support you in writing applications or other texts in German. Furthermore, I can also help you to speak German as an everyday language.

I have been tutoring foreign languages such as French and Spanish at a tutoring institute for over a year. I have worked for 6 month in a German language school in Medellín, Colombia. There, I taught a group of 10 persons online at the A2 level. I also gave additional lessons in grammar or vocabulary for the levels A1 to B2.

I work with the immersive learning method. This means that I speak with you mostly in German during class and only in exceptional cases in another language. In this way, new words and phrases can be learned subconsciously while you get used to speaking in the foreign language. No worries, I explain the grammar as easily and understandably as possible.

As teaching materials, I use, for example, song lyrics and texts from media on topics that interest you.

I am about to finish my translation studies of French, Spanish, and German in Innsbruck, Austria. I am very interested in languages, traveling, politics and photography.

My name is Sandra and I am a qualified teacher with a Masters of Education in German and English as a Second Language,  Physical Education , Religion and Art with 8 years of experience in teaching at various schools in Germany , Australia, Asia, Canada. My teaching style is very interactive and I try to adjust it to everyone's needs. Every student is different and learns differently. My goal is to equip my students with tools and also to inspire them with my enthusiasm for the German language & culture. My teaching method is to focus on the 4 skills : listening , speaking, reading and writing . Those 4 skills will be covered in every lesson except the student is requesting to focus only on the conversational part etc. I'm flexible and can accomodate to every students needs. I'm from Southern Germany, I studied Social Anthropology in Berlin, travelled some time as digital nomad through South America and live in Argentina right now. I have experience in teaching German on several language platforms for about 2 years now and think its a lot of fun. Last year I got my teachers certificate from the Goethe-Institut. I have taught all levels at our national university language lab and privately. Also, I prepare for international examinations: *Goethe A1-A2-B1-B2-C1-C2, *TELC, *DSH, *Occupation Medicine B2-C1, *Workplace/occupation A2-B1, *Children A1-A2.

These are communicative, state-of-the-art and highly efficient classes that comprehensively integrate the four learning abilities of listening and reading comprehension, oral and written expression, but without compromising on the required grammar. That's because I have all the suitable tools at our disposal. In addition to the class and workbooks, we use an interactive PDF-whiteboard. We have numerous audio and video tracks, as well as other very efficient interactive tools. Levels range from beginner to advanced, from A1 to C2. 

My approach is systematic but flexible, fully adapting to the learning pace of each student, so that they feel comfortable. And of course, I also try to make the class enjoyable and entertaining without leaving the academic objectives aside. In this sense, I know that most of you will need an international diploma at some point, and the methods I use are also aimed at this objective, as well as preparing you for colloquial communication in a new cultural environment. My name is Anna, I'm from Switzerland. I currently live in Ecuador.

After completing my Bachelors degree for teaching in 2015, I started teaching German, but also English and French.

My courses are based on the level, goals and interests of the student. I focus especially on communication. For beginners, we start with structured sentences and everyday topics. I often talk to advanced students about interests and factual topics. I adapt my courses to the student and according to his/her needs we do vocabulary training, grammar exercises, writing or other tasks. That way allows you to advance quickly and improve your language skills remarkably.

I work with various materials, including a teaching aid that I will share with you online for free.

I love to travel and languages ​​are very important to me. Next to my German classes, I teach yoga workshops, love to read and write, make music, go hiking or travel.

Through my education and travel I have learned a variety of languages ​​including English, Spanish and French. So I know that learning a language can be challenging, but it is totally worth it and a lot of fun!
