I’m a native Spanish teacher from Ruzafa, Valencia (Spain), certified by Universidad de Nebrija. I'm teaching and improving my students skills since 2014. I can teach from conversation lessons to preparation for DELE certificates (from A1 to C2). I have experience in online and face to face lessons: my method is based on conversation (acquiring fluency) and expanding, in a practical way, your grammatical knowledge and vocabulary to improve. I offer conversation practice and structured courses, from absolute beginner to C1, grammar drills and homework if you wish. Wide experience with adults and senior students. I will provide you with notes and examples from our lessons, during the lesson in Google Docs, or after the lesson, via e-mail. You don't need to decide in advance if you prefer Latin American Spanish or European Spanish, I can teach you the main differences and help you decide. 

In our first lesson or trial we will figure out how your learning plan will be, depending on your individual needs, learning style and goals. If it's your first online lesson, there's no need to stress, I'm very understanding and patient.

My name is Melina and I am from Peru. I studied foreign languages at the National University of Cajamarca in the north of Peru and I got a degree in Education – Foreign languages. I speak Spanish (native) and English (B2) very well.

I will help you to learn Spanish for you to achieve your specific goals taking into account your needs, your level and your learning process. Our lessons will include videos, everyday Spanish conversations, slides and more. We will also have cultural activities such as gastronomy, music and tourism. The four skills to learn a foreign language will be included as well: reading, writing, listening and speaking, and you will also have the grammar so that you can understand the language and produce it.

I have worked with people from different ages and levels and I have helped some of them to pass international exams.  Over the last 20 years I have taught English and Spanish and I always try to do my best for my students to enjoy the lessons, have fun and above all to learn.

¡Hola! My name is Pablo. I am a native Spanish-speaking tutor from Guatemala. 

With over 20 years of teaching experience, I can help you reach your Spanish goals. I have a teaching certificate from the University of San Carlos and have taught Spanish in schools, universities, and online. I teach from beginners to advanced, and my students range from school students to 80 year olds! 

In the first lesson, I'll find out your Spanish level and interests to customize lessons that inspire your learning journey. For instance, if you enjoy films, we can include movie discussions. Don't worry if you are new to Spanish as we can begin from the basics.

For school students, lessons are tailored to match your school curriculum, and we will work towards achieving the highest grades. For adults, the lessons are focused, practical and fun. You will learn Spanish language skills to apply to real-world scenarios. You can go from knowing no Spanish at all to soon putting together your own sentences.  Whilst I use a textbook to provide structure to the lessons, I also use other resources from YouTube videos to Spanish-speaking film clips. 

Since I am from Guatemala, I love sharing with my students, the richness of Latin American culture and customs!  I am a very patient person and also have a good sense of humour so it's never a dull class. Hello everyone! My name is Dionisio. I have been teaching Spanish since 2008 with students from all over the world. I also have experience teaching my language and culture in other countries such as the United States.  

My classes are dynamic and communicative so that from the first moment you can find a space of confidence to express yourself in Spanish. After knowing your interests and your level of Spanish, I adapt my classes to your learning needs. Generally, I like to organize the session around a grammar point, or a vocabulary topic that helps us to structure the class, and helps you to memorize its content. I like to include different resources in my classes such as conversation on different topics, internet articles, grammar worksheets, audios, videos and kahoots that will help you develop your skills to learn Spanish in a real context. I love teaching and learning languages, and in addition to English and Spanish, I speak French and Catalan.

A little bit more about me: although I was born and raised in Zaragoza (Spain), I developed my professional career in Barcelona. Currently, I live on a small island in the Mediterranean Sea. In addition to teaching Spanish, I am passionate about theater and writing, activities to which I also dedicate myself professionally as a stage director, playwright and teacher.

You'll see the new vocabulary on a virtual whiteboard to make the process easier. Eventually, you'll expand your vocabulary and learn specific conversation structures as well. We'll also focus on gaining confidence as you speak "focus on conversation, not perfection".

 💌 GRAMMAR + MORPHOLOGY + READING COMPREHENSION ➡️  We review grammar topics, vocabulary and reading comprehension. Don't worry, I'll give you feedback constantly!

💼 SPANISH FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES ➡️  (only B1-C2 levels)  Spanish for Business: I provide a course for students that need help with Spanish in a professional context.
