Spanish classes in Valencia: Try a class for free

I have been teaching for about 10 years and learning languages for even longer, so I know what it's like to learn a new language. And exactly because of that, I'm a very patient and understanding teacher :)

Regarding our classes, everything will depend on your needs. However, I would like to tell you about two types of classes I offer that my students like a lot:

The first one is a class where you can ask me any question you want about Spanish. It can be about vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, or even about our way of thinking. ;)

The second type of class is one in which I use my own teaching method, with which you can practice your writing, speaking, and listening comprehension skills, and also improve your pronunciation and grammar during every session.

Passionate about languages and intercultural exchanges, I have taught English and Spanish as foreign languages for over 15 years in Puerto Rico, France, and online.  I have had the opportunity to teach a wide variety of students from various backgrounds, integrating multicultural teaching resources to diversify learning styles.  I happen to believe that there is not one and only way of teaching or learning a foreign language.  Therefore, I adapt my lessons and methods to the students’ objectives, needs and interests.  My goal is always to offer an open, honest, communicative and supportive environment in which every student can feel motivated and appropriately challenged.

My name is Eva and I am from Spain but right now I am living in Portugal. Here, and previously in other countries I have been teaching Spanish for the last 10 years.

I am a passionate traveller and a language learner myself. This job allows me to merge my love for languages and trips, and that is why I enjoy it so much.

In my lessons I like to focus on oral skills, so we will try to talk as much as possible and leave the written exercises for homework. Every student has different needs and interests, so I will try to prepare lessons that suit you well and help you achieve your goals.

The most crucial thing for me is to keep you motivated so that you enjoy your learning process. Be ready to share stories about trips, history, cultures, arts, and quite a lot of others!

Hi! my name is Dolores, Lola for short. I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm a 26 year old, Biochemist so I'm a native speaker in Spanish who specializes in biological, chemical and medicinal Spanish. But I'm not just a scientist, I'm also a teacher. I've been teaching spanish and biology for four years to both kids and adults and a class in the University as well.

My lessons are very flexible and will mold around your personal needs and preferences. Conversation lessons are all about talking, giving my student necessary corrections and explaining the grammar behind it so they can stop making the same mistake. I know it can be an intimidating language but I believe in taking the fear away when learning Spanish.

¡Hola! My name is María and I'm from Mexico. 

I have 3 years of teaching experience. I majored in Languages from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and I obtained a certification to teach Spanish as a foreign language. My classes use a blended methodology that incorporates grammar and communication activities in a laid-back and dynamic way. I have hand picked or created all the materials according to the needs of my students and I often use resources like audios, videos and games to make the lesson more interactive. My main goal is to help my students feel comfortable expressing themselves and learn at their own pace.

My favorite part of language teaching is getting to know the cultures and interests of my students. I'd be happy to work on a plan that fits your needs. You don't need any previous experience learning Spanish or a foreign language. Since I am also a doctoral student I only have a limited number of hours. However, I have a flexible schedule and if you don’t see a time that works for you we can discuss an alternative during the trial lesson.

Our lessons for beginner follow a sequential program, each building on the last for optimal learning. By the end, you'll:

• Master fundamental Spanish structures and grammar.
• Command the top 1000 words, using them fluently.
• Develop a natural and clear Spanish pronunciation.
• Gain insights into cultural nuances.
• Discover your unique learning style and effective strategies to advance your Spanish.

Periodic written and spoken assessments will ensure we stay on course. 

I will create flashcards for you to review the notes of each lesson and provide detailed homework to ensure you use your time effectively outside our lessons too!
 

Hello everyone! I do not teach A1 A2 levels. I am Itziar and I am a Spanish teacher. I am currently living in Spain but I lived in different countries in the past. I am a native speaker with a neutral Spanish accent. My pronunciation is clear and easy to understand. I love teaching Spanish to international students and I am happy to see them making progress  learning the language. I have four years of experience teaching Spanish to students from all over the world.
