I have specialised in teaching Spanish to English speakers, but I have also taught international students in Thailand, Granada (Spain) and, of course, online.

My lessons are very dynamic and tailored to your needs.

I really enjoy teaching all kind of levels: it is very rewarding seeing the progress of a beginner student that starts to be able to communicate in Spanish after a few well structured classes whereas more advance lessons allow to very interesting topics and a little bit more freedom in the structure of the lesson.

A little bit more about me: I was born and raised in Zaragoza, a small city in the North of Spain famous for its wine, food and a football team that used to be good. I love traveling and languages: currently I'm studying Japanese, but I also (try to) speak French, Arabic and Spanish Sign Language; so yes, I know how it feels learning a language from 0! You're not alone in this process and I'll try my best to make it easy for you :D

Hello! Welcome. I'm Natalí, from Buenos Aires (Argentina). I'm a Spanish teacher and I'm also studying to become a Music and Singing teacher. I offer a laid-back type of teaching, yes, we'll use books, worksheets, exercises for homework (should you request them), etc. But the main goal will always be turning the lesson into a comfortable space where you can practice and learn that making mistakes is part of the natural process of learning. Most of my students are at a beginner level, but I also have experience teaching more advanced levels. I focus on grammar, structure and pronunciation, always looking to steer students towards sounding more natural.

I’m a native and qualified Spanish teacher who has been living and teaching in London and other parts around the world for more than 10 years both online and face-to-face.

My experience teaching these subjects varies in ages, from 6 to 87 years old across different nationalities, backgrounds and abilities. 
(Not teaching under 14 at the moment).

I have a lot of of experience with kids and adults (A1-C2) and GCSE’s, A-levels and DELE preparation, conversation, writing, reading, pronunciation, extra help with homework, etc. I teach individuals and groups.

My lessons are directed to students of all levels looking to develop their own speaking and writing style in Spanish. I believe that the creative drive is one of the most powerful accelerators of learning and in particular, language learning; so my classes involve acting exercises, fun writing prompts, vocal training akin to singers' training, and a variety of further creative work.

We will work on near perfect pronunciation through vocal practice that takes from singing practice, but focuses on diction. You'll become aware of how the muscles of your mouth and face create sound, and how using different resonance points throughout your face will get you to reproduce just the sound you were stuck with. Muscle memory, baby!

Fluency in articulating your own thoughts and essence in Spanish is achievable through writing prompts that do feel important for you. To write about a topic that actually matters to you, I'll provide you with beautiful vocabulary words, and we'll get through grammatical forms that may better encapsulate your ideas and feelings. I will help you make Spanish your own.

If you are wanting to absorb a particular part of Hispanic or Latino culture (e.g. Rosalía's composition, rap music, particular accents, reggeaton's lyrics), we will investigate and go through the elements at interest to get you to the point of creation. If you are a musician or a writer, I can help you use the rhythmic essence of Spanish in your own art. Hit me up!

Within every technique I use, I work with my knowledge of neural connection strengthening and weakening, all facilitated through repetition, reward, understanding and reprogramming of reflexes, investigation of previous outdated strategies, etc. Emotional management is key to success, and we'll work on that in your training just as much as in the linguistic side.

My teaching style is different from the traditional approach we have had in schools since childhood.

I use what is called "Inductive Method". First, we will get into context to the topic through a video, an image, a reading, etc. Then we will learn the grammar or vocabulary concept to be introduced that day, and then we will do a good practice to internalize it.
