I specialise in helping students with their speaking skills and fluency. I do this by giving students lots of opportunities to speak and by teaching students useful words and phrases to develop their speaking level.  

We do interesting tasks in class and I give lots of engaging homework.

At the end of the class I will send you the materials and audio recordings to practice at home.

Hi, I'm Maria, I am a native Romanian but I live in Italy. I'm a French-Romanian teacher and translator with didactic training in France (Lyon) and at the French Institute. I have a degree in Foreign Languages ​​from the Faculty of Letters, University of Bucharest, I hold two master's degrees, including the Master in Literary Translation, Romanian-French, University of Bucharest.  I have obtained many teaching certifications throughout my career, I teach students of all ages. I can help you in obtaining your DELF or DALF certificate.

✅I have been teaching Romanian language online since 2020.  I have a Bachelor degree in philology in Romanian and English language. I have studied psychology. I am a student of foreign languages. I am currently learning, in a Master's programme, about British Culture and Civilization.

H✅ere is a list of materials and topics which can be used in our lessons:  discussions about daily news of global events, conversation, culture and vocabulary, etc. During the Romanian classes, I speak in English and in Romanian. I prefer to focus on reading texts and watching YouTube videos. Conversations and discussions will improve your speaking skills. We will improve reading, listening, writing and speaking skills. I will create a personalized list of lessons for the level of knowledge you have (A0, A11, A2, B1, B2, C1).  

We will discuss culture and Romanian traditions. Romanian culture is known as having a long history in preserving mythology and folklore.
