Do you want to speak Spanish with confidence and fluency? I can help you achieve your goal!
Hello! I am Blanca, a Mexican teacher with a Diploma in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language. I also have a Master's Degree in Psychology and have published a couple of books.
I love reading, traveling, and discovering new cultures. I have lived abroad and I know what it's like to be in your shoes when it comes to learning a new language because I'm a language learner myself.
I became a Spanish teacher because I found a passion for teaching and helping people improve their language skills. I've taught Spanish to businessmen, engineers, university students, psychologists, school counselors, retirees, and travelers.
I can help you improve your Spanish for working in a specific field, but we can also have interesting conversations and debates about literature, current events, cultures, history, politics, movies, gastronomy, sports, and travel.
My lessons are tailored to each student, depending on their interests and goals. We can watch videos and tv-series, read books and interesting articles, write emails, and discuss different topics (including traditions and culture of Spanish-speaking countries). I provide students with lesson notes, practice exercises, and examples.
My goal as a teacher is to make sure you can express your thoughts and can communicate spontaneously in Spanish, that's why since the first lesson with me, you’ll find yourself speaking Spanish.
Book a lesson with me! I'd love to help you take your Spanish to the next level!

¡Hola! I'm Gaby, a Professional Spanish Teacher certified (ELE) by International House Madrid, academy recognized by the Cervantes Institute. Originally from Mexico, my experiences living in various Spanish-speaking countries have provided me with a unique perspective on the language, which I’m excited to share with you!
Having studied English, French and Turkish, and currently learning German, I understand the natural challenges of acquiring a new language. This is why I focus my classes on the 'action-learning' method, using dynamic tools to make the process engaging and effective.
With my MBA certification, I also offer specialized classes with business vocabulary. My goal is to make Spanish not just something you learn, but an integral part of your life!
During the trial class I’ll start by assessing your current level and understanding your specific needs. This also gives you a chance to get familiar with my teaching style. From there, I’ll create a personalized learning plan for you.
I look forward to sharing Spanish with you in a way that’s both fun and deeply connected to real-life experiences.
¡Hasta luego!

Passionate about languages and intercultural exchanges, I have taught English and Spanish as foreign languages for over 15 years in Puerto Rico, France, and online. I have had the opportunity to teach a wide variety of students from various backgrounds, integrating multicultural teaching resources to diversify learning styles. I happen to believe that there is not one and only way of teaching or learning a foreign language. Therefore, I adapt my lessons and methods to the students’ objectives, needs and interests. My goal is always to offer an open, honest, communicative and supportive environment in which every student can feel motivated and appropriately challenged.

Hello everyone! My name is Clara, I am a Spanish teacher from Madrid. I have 5 years of experience as Spanish, French and German teacher (face to face and online). I have taught students from different countries.
I prepare my own materials to adapt lessons to each student, and we use too the book "Aula internacional" for general Spanish courses.
I teach courses to pass DELE (Spanish exam) by using different teaching methods: I explain the grammar points needed for the exam, I provide vocabulary worksheets focus on DELE, and we practice different tests samples (you do not need to buy any preparation book, because I will provide you all the materials you will need to pass DELE, and these materials are based on the most famous DELE methods and DELE books such as ´Las claves del nuevo DELE` or ´Preparación al DELE`)
Also, I do conversational courses. I have two conversational courses: the first one is focused on general conversation about daily life, and the second one is focused on specific topics (technology, education, health, environment, Spanish culture, Spanish history...; depending on the students preferences).
I hope to see you soon! :)

Some tutors on LanguaTalk may offer local lessons, but most only provide online lessons as it is more convenient and allows them to work from home. In addition, many tutors do not teach Spanish in Marbella as they live elsewhere in the world. If you book a lesson with a tutor, you should assume that it will be online unless the tutor specifically states that they offer in-person lessons in Marbella.
There are several options for learning Spanish in Marbella, whether you live in the city center or the suburbs. You can use an app or software program to learn basic vocabulary and grammar. You can also join group lessons with Spanish tutors in Marbella if you prefer a social learning experience. Learning online may make private tutors a more affordable choice. Prices vary based on the tutor, but are generally cheaper than in-person lessons in Marbella.
Sometimes students tell us that they're not sure about learning Spanish online because they think it’ll be completely different to learning face-to-face. But usually when they try it, they find that the experience is almost the same and they often build a solid relationship with their tutor.
Once you start a video call with your chosen tutor, you’ll be able to communicate with them as if you were in the same room. The tutor will typically also share learning resources with you (newspaper articles, YouTube, etc.) and you’ll be able to collaborate in real-time using a tool like Google Docs or Dropbox Paper.
Our research indicates that the average cost for private Spanish lessons in Marbella is between $25-$35 per hour. Online tutors do not need to travel to you and often live in countries with a lower cost of living, so the hourly cost is generally lower.

The advantage of taking lessons online is that you can learn at any time and from any location. When you select a tutor, check their calendar to ensure that they have available slots that fit your schedule. Some tutors may have limited availability due to high demand from other students.
Most students take 55-minute lessons. However, some tutors also offer the option of 30-minute lessons. If this is available, it will be noted on their profile (below their pricing and above the 'Buy Lessons' button).
In general, we recommend 55-minute lessons for most students. You may want to consider 30-minute lessons only if you have an intermediate level and only want conversation practice, or if the lesson is for a child.
