Graduated in Hispanic Philology and Masters in Applied French, I have always kept up with my teaching training and have also completed a CELTA course for English teachers. This further training has provided me with the familiarity to different teaching methodologies, which have proven to be extremely useful in my classes.

I have worked as a Spanish teacher for 13 years, both in-person and online. My job duties typically include designing and delivering Spanish courses for all levels. Also a 13 year-experienced translator. I have recently worked on a project which involved developping Spanish lessons and units to be delivered online, so I am used to creating content of my own.

My teaching method is mostly conversational and based on a combination of skills. I use plenty of audiovisuals and various activities to get students to speak. My constant interest in professional training has allowed me to become familiar with techniques and tools that are essential in today´s second language learning.

My lessons are all similarly structured: a grammar point, a few exercises to get started, then controlled practice, and finally an audio or a video related to the topic.

Hello, my name is Diana. I am a graduated university language teacher and ELE - certified. I've got more than 7 years teaching languages. I taught Spanish for children and teenagers in the USA for 2 years. I've got a lot experience teaching English and Spanish online. I was a Spanish teacher volunteer in Peru during my university studies, but more than the degree I am enthusiastic, responsible and empathetic person. I teach  with my heart and soul, my students receive the necessary attention and motivation in order to achieve meaningful learning.  I love teaching Spanish and getting to know students from all over the world. I'm also a language learner and I know how challenging can be learn a new language or improve it. As a teacher, I use a communicative method, which aims to learn a second language using real life examples to learn to communicate in everyday situations. Hello! I am Monica and I am a certified Spanish teacher with more than 7 years experience teaching Spanish to people from all over the world.

I have many hours of teaching experience, as from 2016 to 2019 I worked in a Spanish academy in my home city, Medellín, where I worked 40 hours per week teaching Spanish as a foreign language; I had 1-to-1 sessions and also groups of up to 6 students; the classes were amazing and I loved the experience since I could meet people from a range of cultures, thanks to that I realised that there are extraordinary people from every corner of the world.

Since 2019 I have been working as an online Spanish teacher. I am studying a master's degree in London, where in the evenings I teach Spanish to adults.

My lessons are planned to be enjoyable and comfortable.
