I have taken more than 6000 lessons online and have many regular students. I am very patient and passionate about the English language. I have extensive experience in coaching and business, having run my own sports coaching business for 20 years.  I teach conversational English on a thematic basis (topic-related) with an emphasis on correct grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. I live in the South West of England, and I have a standard British accent. I speak Spanish reasonably well and a little French. I have spent 15 years learning Spanish so I know what it is like to lack confidence and to feel that you can't remember anything under pressure. But I also know what a joy it is to be able to communicate effectively.  It is also why I love teaching because I meet people from all over the world and I learn so much about other cultures and countries. 

In my spare time, I enjoy walking, reading, cooking and riding my motorbike!
