Here is an exemple of a methodology, that is adapted for each level and each student;

We study a grammar rule, and a vocabulary theme.

Then we do exercices to practice.

After this, we have an oral conversation and you have the opportunity to use the grammar rules and the vocabulary studied.

In the beginning of each lesson, we review words studied previously.

Besides, I can send homework, if you want to progress faster.

About Me

I hold degrees in French Literature, Philosophy, and History from Université Paris 10, along with a Master of Science in Global Change Management from HNE Eberswalde.

Before settling in São Paulo, Brazil, I lived and worked in Berlin for five years, where I began teaching languages through private tutoring and literacy classes for young refugees. In 2017, I completed a French language teaching certification and went on to teach at the Technical University of Berlin for three semesters.

Today, I work with a range of language schools in São Paulo, including IFESP, Versátil Idiomas, and the Alliance Française. I have experience teaching students of all ages and levels, and I regularly design personalized learning materials to meet their goals.

Alongside teaching, I work as a translator, with professional experience translating from English, German, and Portuguese into French.

Native French teacher with 10 years experience online and many more on one to one classes, I know that the key of success for learning a language is the quality of the relationship between the student and the tutor. My duty is to understand the way you learn and adapt my teaching to your skills....regular work and motivation are the other elements ;-)  EVERYBODY CAN LEARN...a little bit of work, intuition and regular lessons ! 

I am from the south-west of France.. I really like my native language and I am deeply interested in the history of France, its literature, culture, cuisine...and I am also very international as I lived abroad many years, and enjoyed it so much ! I have traveled a lot, met a lot of people and learned different languages such as English, Spanish & Bulgarian...so I've been a learner all my life. I understand the learning mechanisms.

I've also helped a lot of people in their study of French : homework, conversations, pronunciation, French for business, pleasure, practical life, personal projects...thus, I teach different levels (beginners to advanced) and different abilities.

It could vary from very practical conversations to cultural topics : music, books, photography (my hobby), trips, cinema, sport, etc.. About me

Bonjour ! My name is Adeline & I'm a full-time French teacher. I also speak English fluently and a bit of Spanish. I live in France, my home country, and I like to do conversational classes to teach my language, and sometimes a bit of my culture, to foreigner students. If you want to know a little bit more about me, here are the things I'm passionate about: cooking, gardening, video games, nature, travels and other cultures. I also enjoy learning new things therefore do not hesitate to tell me everything about your very own interests :)

My lessons

Whether you are here to learn French from scratch, or to improve that language, you've come to the right person. As I can speak English and Spanish, don't worry if your French is not completely fluent: we will work on it together. I learned my other languages while traveling so I'm very aware about the fact that the best way to learn a language is by practicing it everyday in casual conversations.
I usually like to start with a first conversation to evaluate your French level and your goals. We will then decide together what kind of class, duration and frequency best suits your needs, level and availability. Then I will adapt the way I speak and teach to your personal needs. 
We will spend the majority of our time together having conversations in French and, if you want, I also can provide formal lessons with exercises & oral or written comprehension.

Hello Everyone, 

Languages are a passion of mine, I am currently working on language 5 and 6. Because I've been learning other languages  I am very familiar with the difficulties my students can have and which methods are efficient. 

My first objective is for my student to develop the skills to speak and understand French so that they can be independant consulting French content at home. My classes are very relaxed and I try to have a good time while I teach. My classes are tailored to each student's level. 

• For beginners: we work on the elements of the sentence, conjugating verbs, prononciation exercises, we read basic text and we start writing and speaking in French. we also introduce the idea of daily practice.
• For intermediates we work on more advanced grammatical concepts and conjugating with more tenses, we work with audio and written format (about 50/50 technique and practice)
• For advanced students we usually do more conversation based exercises, prior to the class I'll send a podcast, documentary, youtube video, movie extracts and more and the student have to express their thoughts, their critic or commentary on the topic, on my hand I will ask questions to keep the conversation going. We can also do interview prep, review of essays written in French etc.

 I also do give a little bit of homework.

I am a student oriented teacher, I listen to you needs and why do you wish to learn french, is it for communication or written purpose , perhaps your job or you have friends and family who speak french and you want to communicate with them or simply for the love of the language and culture ? Keeping in my mind your goals and needs I tailor my lessons to help you best in your journey of learning French.

I am a certified examiner for DELF A1-A2-B1.I have been teaching french for 14 years.Be it general or business french, my students quickly become comfortable and confident with the language, I have also trained many multinational companies all over the world . I use the learner-centered methods, the input of the sessions are a blend of practice and theory of the language. I use practical activities based on Communicative Language Teaching (CLT),  methodology, throughout the course, I encourage my students to use their own daily situations in class and express them in french like in real life in role plays. In the communicative approach you will be able to start talking very quickly this is when we are going to work on theory which is grammar, I have many resources to make grammar easy , we will practice with examples and exercises which helps in learning new vocabulary and also learn how to use the correct grammar in a sentence.Take a trial with me so we can get to know each better and create a course fit for your needs!

I’ve been a professional French teacher since 2007. I taught French in various language schools, for big companies and at university. Since 2020, I’ve been teaching exclusively online. These experiences have allowed me to be in contact with different types of students, from children to adults, from beginner to proficiency, for leisure or business purposes or to prepare for the official French certifications (I’m also a DELF examiner). Therefore, I’m used to adapt to the needs and learning objectives of my students. This means that I can choose the right teaching material so that we can practice and progress according to your own goals and interests.

Hi all! My name is Miriam, I speak four languages and I have been teaching French online for 3 years. My mother tongue is Arabic and I started learning French since I was 3 years old. I started learning English in elementary school and had Spanish classes for two years at university. I also speak Italian as I currently live in Italy.
