I'm Sara and I'm an Italian teacher with more than 8 years experience teaching this wonderful language!

I began teaching when I was studying my Bachelor's degree (che bei tempi!) ... I started almost as a joke but I realized soon that I actually liked this profession and, after so many years, I still feel the same!

Throughout the years I had the opportunity to work with a variety of students and each of them taught me a lot: every teaching experience is unique and this is why I love it.

That being said, maybe you would like to know something more about how I work.

I usually offer a free trial lesson, where I like to get to know my students better and understand their needs, goals and interests.

This helps me not only to build a tailor made learning path, which is shared and discussed with the student, but also to select the material and the topics that best suit each person.

If I had to choose my strongest point, I would definitely say that it is the kind of relationship I establish with my students: open and informal to make learning easier and to fully enjoy the experience.

My name is Simona and I live in Italy. I have many years of experience in teaching both English and Italian to foreign students of all ages, background and nationalities. I am very pleased when students are able to achieve their goals and pass their examinations. I feel confident in my communication skills so that my students learn how to write fluent, precise and grammatical language in an appropriate formal register. I also have significant experience in teaching and over the years I have developed excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

My name is Margherita, I am from Milan, I am living in Tenerife now and I have been an Italian teacher for 7 years.

My motto is: if you are a polyglot, you can do anything!

I personally speak fluently both Spanish and English as I have worked and lived in Ireland, Australia and Bolivia, before moving to the Canarian Islands.

I graduated in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation in Milan in 2013 and afterwards I achieved the Master Itals aimed at teaching the Italian language and culture to foreigners.

I have taught Italian for four years in La Paz, Bolivia by the SOCIETà DANTE ALIGHIERI, giving classes to adults and university students, while I have taught to kids and adolescents by the Colegio Italo-Boliviano of the same city.

I returned to Italy in 2019 and I was given the opportunity to teach Italian through the Berlitz school by the Leonardo Elicotteri Company, addressing to English managers and engineers.

As regards my teaching method, the student is the centre of the learning process.

Therefore I customize my lessons considering your interests and the topics you want to talk about using different materials like videos, songs, online activities, along with written texts.

This way lessons are based especially on CONVERSATION as I think that each language's goal is to communicate.

Ciao! I am a certified Italian native teacher  and Cils examiner with many years of experience around the globe.

I started to teach in 2010 and I can say that this profession is my passion.

I speak Turkish, French and English at an advanced level.

I offer general Italian lessons and speaking lessons. Being a certified CILS examiner, I can also help you to pass CELI and CILS  exams. I have many years of experience teaching kids.

Hi! My name is Martina, I’m Italian and I live in Rome.

I’m graduated in Foreign Languages and I have a Master’s degree in Audiovisual Translation.

I can speak English and Spanish at a good level and I also speak a little bit of French.

As you can see from my background, I’m a big fan of languages, so I fully understand how difficult it is to learn a new language. But I’m here to help you!

In Rome I teach Italian as a foreign language to young adults coming from all over Europe, from complete beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. So, my classes depend a lot on the level of the student.

At beginner level I focus mainly on the basic aspects of communication, using readings, songs and videos,with more emphasis on grammar.

At advanced levels the classes are more informal, based on conversations regarding different topics that we can choose together.

Therefore, my aim  is to listen to each student's needs and tailor the class according to their interests.

I enjoy travelling, watching TV series, and especially cooking and eating desserts.
